We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Each item is prepared after your order is placed. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may need a little extra time.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at info@cedarvalleygroupllc.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
