When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At the moment we ship to U.S. addresses only.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made after you order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I choose my size?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang or lay flat to dry. Linen softens beautifully with every wash.
